Exterior Power Washing Services

Background
The Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) has a requirement for exterior power washing services for Daly Hall, located at Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, Virginia. This service is necessary to maintain the professional appearance of the building, which is constantly exposed to harmful environmental elements that degrade its surfaces over time. The contract has been set aside 100% for Small Business Concerns.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a one-time exterior pressure washing service that includes:

- Cleaning windows
- Brick
- Stucco
- Trim areas
- Roof lines
- Window frames
- Screens
- Doors
- Light fixtures
- Eaves
- Soffits
- Overhangs
- Pillars
- Entrances
- Boot scrapers
- Inside and outside of gutters.

Non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products must be used. All equipment including garden hoses and lifts will be provided by the contractor. Power washing must occur on weekends to minimize disturbance. The contractor is responsible for ensuring no paint is damaged during cleaning; if damage occurs, the contractor must repair it at their expense. The contractor must manage all phases of the project including product delivery and quality assurance. Additionally, they are required to clean up and dispose of all refuse materials in compliance with applicable regulations.
