Exterior Building and Exterior Window Cleaning Services - DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is the largest logistics support agency in the United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD). DLA Distribution Headquarters is co-located with DLA Distribution Susquehanna in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. DLA Distribution receives, stores, and ships material in support of America's Armed Forces around the clock, around the world. DLA Distribution also serves as the eastern strategic distribution platform for DoD and the primary distribution point for all branches of the U.S. Armed Services, Foreign Military Services, and other Federal agencies in the eastern U.S., and serves as their Consolidation & Containerization Point for transiting supplies to Central & South America, Europe, North Africa, and Southwest Asia. To that end, DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna provides environmental protection, equipment management, facilities engineering, industrial engineering, and public safety in an effective, efficient, and timely manner within regulatory guidelines. DLA Installation Operations Susquehanna has a requirement to provide exterior building and window cleaning services to the DLA Distribution Headquarters Building as a recurring maintenance requirement to reduce recurring accumulation of debris on the facility due to its location (close to the Susquehanna River).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, vehicles, transportation, applicable licenses, permits and/or certifications necessary to perform Exterior Building and Exterior Window Cleaning services at the Government-owned Building 5430 located at DLA Distribution Headquarters Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. The services shall be performed according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in Attachment 1.

The scope of work includes Semi-Annual Exterior Façade Cleaning and Semi-Annual Exterior Windows and Exterior Entryways Cleaning services.
