Description

This is an award notice for a delivery order to Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0029, Order N0001920F0024. The award was made to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), A Lockheed Martin Company on other than full and open competition for the SPAR Services Extension effort. This effort includes support for SPAR for FY21 and FY22. Sikorsky is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise and the necessary proprietary technical data required to perform this analysis effort. A sole source acquisition was procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements".
