Express Menu IDIQ Small Project Construction Services – Eastern Oklahoma   3

This is for one (1) Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for construction services to provide for various repairs, alterations, and renovations to federally owned and leased facilities serviced by the Greater Southwest Region 7 of the General Services Administration (GSA) and located throughout Eastern Oklahoma. Construction services under this contract may consist of any or all interior and exterior building construction, and repair and alterations including but not limited to demolition, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, fire suppression or notification, landscaping incidental to repair or alteration, storm drainage, exterior renovations, earthwork, pavement, or other miscellaneous civil work, and shall be limited to those items listed in RSMeans. A Single award will be made for the following geographic area: Eastern Oklahoma (Muskogee and Tulsa)
