Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

1. Operations Staff: Provide qualified personnel to manage daily operations.
2. Retail Store: Establish and maintain a retail store within the Pavilion.
3. Pavilion Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep including landscaping, pest control, cleaning services, and trash removal.
4. Security Services: Implement security measures to protect the Pavilion and its visitors.
5. English Interpretation: Provide interpretation services for visitors.
6. Activate Sponsorship Agreements: Ensure sponsors receive agreed-upon benefits.
7. Value in Kind Donations: Manage donations effectively.
8. Transportation Services: Facilitate transportation logistics for staff and visitors.
9. Marketing and Media Services: Promote the U.S. Pavilion through various media channels.
10. Design and Produce Uniforms: Create uniforms for staff and ambassadors.
11. National Day Celebration: Organize events for U.S. National Day on July 19, 2025.
12. Support for Commissioner General and Events: Assist in various events as needed.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be at the Expo 2025 site.
