Description

This acquisition is to establish a requirements contract to purchase commercial Skyjack scissor lifts (20 and 32 feet) and JLG boom lifts (45, 60, and 80 feet) modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) specifications. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, warranties, and shipping costs necessary to deliver lifts. The Contractor shall provide all Explosion Proof Lifts to support: Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Ogden Air Logistic Center (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC).

Background
This acquisition is initiated to establish a requirements contract for the purchase of commercial Skyjack scissor lifts and JLG boom lifts that are modified to meet Explosion Proof (EX) specifications.

The primary agency involved is the United States Air Force (USAF), which aims to enhance operational safety by utilizing specialized lifting equipment. The contract will support various Air Logistics Centers, specifically the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Ogden Air Logistic Center (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC).

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, warranties, and shipping costs to deliver the following explosion-proof lifts:
1. Skyjack SJ3220E - Scissor Lift, 20 feet height.
2. Skyjack SJ6826 - Scissor Lift, 32 feet height.
3. JLG 450AJ - Boom Lift, 45 feet height.
4. JLG 600AJ - Boom Lift, 60 feet height.
5. JLG 800AJ - Boom Lift, 80 feet height.

Additionally, the contractor must ensure that all lifts meet the required explosion-proof specifications and provide adequate support for the specified Air Logistics Centers.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at multiple locations including Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC), Ogden Air Logistic Center (OO-ALC), and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC).
