Background
The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a sole source award to Thermo Electron North America, LLC for the procurement of an Exploris 480 Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry and Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) System. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public about the intended sole source award, as no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of one Exploris 480 Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry and UHPLC System with specific technical requirements outlined in the notice.
