This is Modification 6 to the solicitation entitled "Exploration Extravehicular Activity Services (xEVAS)", 80JSC021R0006, which was posted on September 29, 2021. You are notified of the following:

• The following question has been submitted to NASA and is answered herein.
  • Question: Are proposals submitted in response to the xEVAS solicitation required to include the Government Task Agreements (GTAs) that have been worked with the agency. If so, in which volume should they be submitted?
  • Answer: Paragraph (b) of Provision L.18.4 states, "The Offeror shall submit all GTAs, using the form at Attachment L-06, Government Task Agreement Form, in accordance with instructions in the form and shall include the returned agreement(s) as an attachment(s) to its proposal." Table L-1 of provision >18, Instructions to Offerors, requires any GTAs to be included in the Mission Suitability Volume (Volume II) of the proposal. Note that GTAs are excluded from the page limitation of Volume II.

This is Modification 5 to the solicitation entitled "Exploration Extravehicular Activity Services (xEVAS)", 80JSC021R0006, which was posted on September 29, 2021. You are notified of the following:

• The document "xEVAS CO2 Sensor Long Lead Parts.pdf" is added to the list of attachments. This document lists the long lead parts associated with the similarly named Item Description made available to Offerors in the "xEVAS Request for Proposal Cover Letter" (see item two under the "Changes from Draft RFP" section).

This is a solicitation entitled Exploration Extravehicular Activity Services (xEVAS), 80JSC021R0006. You are notified of the following:

1. The xEVAS Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents have been posted. The due date for responses is as follows: Volume III (Past Performance) is due no later than November 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Central Time and remaining volumes are due no later than December 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. Central Time.
2. NASA/JSC will hold a Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference for the xEVAS procurement on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 a.m. Central Time. To register for the xEVAS Pre-Proposal Conference, please follow the instructions in the attached "xEVAS RFP Cover Letter".

Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
