NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Explorance Blue Experience Management Platform - all-in-one surveys and evaluations..

NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to EXPLORANCE, INC. 1470 Rue PEEL, Bureau 500 Montreal, Qc H3A 1T1 Canada under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that EXPLORANCE, INC. is the sole provider of Explorance Blue Experience Management Platform - all-in-one surveys and evaluations.

NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 513210

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12 p.m. Central Standard Time on 5/8/2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

NSSC PRODUCT STATEMENT OF WORK — EXPLORANCE BLUE
1. Product Descriptions and Quantity: Explorance Blue, the NSSC’s survey administration tool, is described as a holistic people insights platform designed to handle various feedback initiatives, including feedback on instruction and employee engagement within Agency workplaces. It’s built for survey and evaluation automation. The platform supports learning evaluations, central and major surveys, 360-degree feedback reviews, and more. With its powerful automation and robust reporting engine, Explorance Blue helps the NSSC capture feedback and turn it into actionable decisions.
Cost breakdowns for this new five-year, 65,000 survey agreement are presented . Explorance Blue is the only y-tool providing the capabilities required by the NSSC and Agency for survey administration.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be from July 20, 2024 through July 19, 2025.

Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) or remotely if authorized.
