Expert Service (Forensic Scheduler)

The United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center (DSC) has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for expert services related to the demolition and construction of a new maintenance facility at Acadia National Park. The purpose of the work is to provide expert analysis and opinions in support of the construction project. The contractor will be responsible for evaluating project delays using various project software platforms, conducting forensic schedule analysis, and preparing claims avoidance assessments for the Federal Government. The work will be performed remotely, with the exception of an on-site meeting. The period of performance for this task order is from February 28, 2024, through June 27, 2024. The location of the construction project is Acadia National Park in Hancock County, Maine.
