Expansion of the Woman's College Program

This Sources sought is being issued to determine if there are colleges or universities who can provide an onsite college program for female inmates at the following institutions: - FPC Bryan - Texas - FCI Dublin - California - FCI Hazelton - West Virginia - FCI Marianna Florida - FCI Phoenix - Arizona - FCI Victorville (Medium I) - California - FCI Waseca Minnesota This program, will be used to expand the Woman's College Program. A possible future requirement should be issued this year. This possible future requirement will be a 5 years (base + 4 option years and a 6 month extension) contract.
