Background
The solicitation is an amendment to the original solicitation number 36C24823R0042, and it provides a revised Statement of Work (SOW), a revised Price Schedule, and an Advanced Catex Form. Work Details
The project involves expanding electrical distribution at the Lake City VA Medical Center in Lake City, Florida. The work includes preparing the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnishing labor and materials for Project 573A4-18-601 as required by drawings and specifications. The project aims to upgrade the electrical system at the medical center, including installing a new substation, generator, and EES equipment. The construction work encompasses demolition, site preparation, architectural finishes, mechanical and electrical work. The contractor is responsible for completing the work within 365 calendar days from receipt of 'Notice to Proceed' (NTP).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is within three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar days from receipt of 'Notice to Proceed' (NTP).

The construction projects will be performed at the Lake City VA Medical Center in Lake City, Florida.
