Exhibit Support Services

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Office of Communications program identifies various professional conferences and meetings held nationwide throughout the year. The exhibit program coordinates NOAA's presence at various yearly events sponsored by numerous organizations with most NOAA line offices represented. Duties include, but not limited to: - rental of booth space; - rental of furnishings; - carpet; - rental of audio visual equipment; - internet; - electrical services and; - any other product or service needed to populate an exhibit booth. NOAA's outreach schedule includes wide ranging and diverse conferences such as The Pacific Marine Expo, The American Meteorological Society's Annual Meeting, The American Geological Union's Fall Meeting, and the National Science Teachers Association Annual Conference, among others.
