Executive Level Review of Army Safety and Occupational Health Management System (ASOHMS)

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Executive Level Review of the Army Safety and Occupational Health Management System (ASOHMS). The ASOHMS framework is designed to systematically manage safety and occupational health programs to protect personnel and property from workplace risks, ensuring mission readiness.

This review aims to assess current practices, align operations with federal mandates, and enhance continuous improvement efforts in safety management across the Army.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct a comprehensive review of ASOHMS based practices, which includes:
1. Policy reviews to ensure compliance with federal safety regulations;
2. Program evaluations to assess effectiveness in managing safety and occupational health risks;
3. Process reviews to identify areas for improvement;
4. Interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights on current practices;
5. Select site visits to observe implementation of safety protocols;
6. Development of a risk profile and performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily be conducted at various Army installations as determined by the site visits included in the scope of work.
