Exception to Fair Opportunity for AFLCMC/HN EPASS A&AS Support

Background
The contract is issued by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HN) to provide Acquisition and Assistance Support (A&AS) services. The goal of this contract is to enhance cyber resiliency for weapon systems through professional acquisition, engineering, scientific, research, test, intelligence, security management, and administrative capabilities.

This bridge contract serves as a follow-on to previous task orders and aims to ensure continuity of services during a transition period.

Work Details
The A&AS support services will include:
1. Professional acquisition support at multiple security levels (Secret, Top Secret) and skill levels (Journeyman, Senior, Principal).
2. Engineering and scientific research related to weapon systems.
3. Test and evaluation services for weapon systems development.
4. Intelligence analysis and security management support.
5. Administrative capabilities necessary for the execution of these tasks across various locations including Hanscom AFB, MA.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this bridge contract is from September 25, 2024, to January 17, 2025, with the expectation that performance on the follow-on contract will begin on February 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts and other multiple operating locations as specified.
