Description

The Communication Services Unit (CSU), Collaboration and Identity Services Section (CISS), Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) provides telephony services to all overt FBI-managed facilities. The services will consist of installation, maintenance, supplies, licenses, certificates, equipment, and 3rd-party support. This task order will include multiple CLINs and will be a hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) /Time & Materials (TM) Contract.

Background
The Communication Services Unit (CSU), Collaboration and Identity Services Section (CISS), Information Technology Infrastructure Division (ITID) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) provides telephony services to all overt FBI-managed facilities. The FBI has over 500 publicly listed facilities in the United States (US) and territories with different desktop telephone systems. The FBI is currently engaged in a project to upgrade from the legacy stand-alone facility telephone systems to a cloud-based enterprise VoIP (EVoIP) service, that is housed in FBI datacenters.

Work Details
The RFI encompasses the O&M for the Legacy and EVoIP telephone system and deployments of the current EVoIP Telephone Solution. It does not entail redesigning the current system or providing a new Telephone Solution.
The period of performance is estimated to start March 2024 and is estimated to be a five (5) year award with one (1) base period and four (4) option periods. The contract type is anticipated to be a hybrid (firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials). The primary places of performance will be at FBI facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Huntsville, Alabama, with intermittent travel to other FBI facilities in the United States or internationally may be required.

The period of performance is estimated to start March 2024 and is estimated to be a five (5) year award with one (1) base period and four (4) option periods.

Place of Performance
The primary places of performance will be at FBI facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and Huntsville, Alabama.
