Event Planning Services for Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) Strong Bonds Couples (Resiliency) Event

Background
The Air National Guard Readiness Center (ANGRC) is organizing a Strong Bonds event at a retreat/resort style hotel within a 90-mile radius of Joint Base Andrews MD on 21 Jun 2024 through 23 June 2024. The event planning vendor is required to provide premium FEMA registered facility to accommodate lodging, conference, childcare, and dining accommodations for each scheduled event.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and parts necessary to provide Event Planning Services for ANGRC Strong Bonds Couples (Resiliency) Event as per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The tasks include providing rooms, meals, conference space, audio-visual & support package, and childcare.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this solicitation is planned to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a preferred event date from 21 June to 23 June 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at a retreat/resort style hotel within a 90-mile radius of Joint Base Andrews MD.
