Description

a. The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to provide revised evaluation criteria for Subfactor 1, iv. Language was revised in both Addendum 215-1 Instructions to Offeror and Section M. The Performance Work Statement was also revised to claify "worldwide" as both CONUS and OCONUS events.

b. Amendment 0004 also revised response to question 40, 43, and 71 per attachment B Questions and Responses.

c.Amendment 0004 will also extend the closing date to 15 October 2019 at 1200PM CST.

d. Any questions or concerns must be submitted to the Contracting Officer within 48 hours of this Notice.
