Event and Venue Services for Interview Fundamental Batch 5 and 6, Banten, Aug 2026, DOJ/ICITAP U.S. Embassy Jakarta

Background
The U.S. Government, through the Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ/ICITAP), is seeking to procure event and venue services for two training events, 'Interview Fundamentals Batch 5' and 'Interview Fundamentals Batch 6', scheduled for August 2026 in Banten, Indonesia.

The goal of this contract is to provide lodging accommodations and functional services for up to 50 participants from Satgaswil Densus 88, aimed at enhancing their skills in conducting structured and informed interviews.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
1. Lodging accommodations at a four-star hotel in South Tangerang, as recognized by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia.
2. Meeting facilities that include:
- A functional meeting room for two events (August 17-20 and August 24-27) capable of accommodating up to 50 participants with a banquet setup.
- Food and beverage services including coffee breaks and lunch buffets for participants during the events.
3. Equipment and supplies necessary for the meetings, including audio-visual systems, microphones, and internet access.
4. Quality assurance measures to ensure satisfactory contractor performance, with a threshold of no more than one customer complaint per event.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over the course of August 2026, specifically from August 17-20 and August 24-28.

Place of Performance
South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a firm fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah for all services rendered. The hotel must be certified under the official Indonesian hotel classification system as a four-star establishment or higher.
