UPDATE: As indicated in the Questions and Answers document from Amendment 0002, a revised Attachment L-2 Cost Forms was intended to be provided with Amendment 0002. It was mistakenly unattached in the April 17th update, and is now provided in the Attachments/Links section.

UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Post "EASSS 3 Request for Proposal (RFP) Questions and Answers as of April 17, 2020"

2. Incorporate revisions to the RFP based on questions received and internal reviews. The Government updated the RFP documents attached to this amendment. Please refer to the Attachments/Links Section for revised documents.

Updates to the RFP include the following:

a. Update RFP Cover letter

b. Solicitation Sections A-M

c. Attach Exhibit G Draft DD Form 254

d. The contract award date has been revised to be 1 October 2020 with an effective date of 1 December 2020.

UPDATE: The purpose of this posting is to provide the following documents from the EASSS 3 Pre-Proposal Conference held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020:

2. EASSS 3 Pre-Proposal Charts

Amendment 0002 of the RFP and related Questions and Answers continue to be worked. It is anticipated that they will be posted the week of April 13, 2020.

UPDATE: Please see the updated attachments incorporating Amendment 0001 of the subject solicitation. The main purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal due date and re-schedule the pre-proposal conference date.
