Evaluation, Repair, Overhaul, and Technical Support of MK99, MK81, SPG62, and MK82   4

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the overhaul and repair for the MK99 Fire Control System (FCS), MK81 Director Group’s SPG62 Antenna, and MK82 Gun and Guided Missile Director. MK99 FCS is the illuminator for the AEGIS Weapons System in support of United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). NSWC Crane Radar Technologies Division (WXP) is the designated overhaul point for MK81 Director Group assets and is responsible for all Class B and C overhauls.

Work Details
The contract includes evaluation, repair, overhaul, and technical support of MK99, MK81, SPG62, and MK82. The tasks include system disassembly, system reassembly, replacement of designated mandatory parts, paint/coating removal, painting/coating preparation and application, physical repair, quality assurance inspections, test support, subassembly repair, technical support, safe transport of antenna systems and components to/from NSWC Crane, the contractor and subcontractor facilities. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, tools, equipment and facilities as defined by orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from the present date to 11-MARCH-2024.

Place of Performance
The performance locations include NSWC Crane Radar Technologies Division (WXP), contractor/subcontractor facilities within 50 road miles of NSA Crane Visitors Center (103 Furlong Street Crane, IN 47522), Government operated facilities as applicable at Government operated facilities.
