EUR/Athens -National public opinion polling in Greece   2

Background
The United States Mission to Greece is seeking to procure national public opinion polling services on various issues of interest to the Embassy. This initiative aims to gather insights that will help define audiences and their perceptions of the United States and Embassy activities, particularly in relation to bilateral relationships covering defense, security, energy, trade, and education.

Work Details
The contractor will conduct a minimum of four public opinion polls annually, targeting approximately 1,000 respondents each time. The polls will utilize a set of Embassy-approved questions (approximately 35-40 per questionnaire) and may employ various polling methods including Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) and Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI). The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the completion of this contract. The project manager assigned must be based in Greece and demonstrate relevant experience over the past three years.

Period of Performance
The performance period is one year from the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed, with two one-year options for renewal.

Bidder Requirements
The contractor/offeror must have prior experience providing similar services in Greece within the last three years. The project manager must be fluent in English and based in Greece. Substitutions of key personnel are not allowed during the first 90 days unless necessitated by illness, death, or termination of employment.
