AFSC/Enterprise Acquisition Office has awarded on a sole source basis, a Cost
Reimburseable No Fee (CRNF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
contract for the purpose of establishing a strategic reserve of technical expertise
and essential engineering skills in the Robins AFB area to augment organic
technical capabilities to Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC), 135
Osigian Blvd., Watner Robins, GA 31088.

The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10
USC 2304(c)(3), Industrial Mobilization; Engineering, Developmental, or
Research Capability; or Expert Services.

The instant contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type
instrument with provisions for Cost Reimbursable No Fee Contract Line Items
(CLINs). Solicitation number FA8530-18-R-0003 was issued on or about 06 June
2019. This contract is for a basic plus four (4) one-year ordering periods.
The place of performance is Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC), 135
Osigian Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
