ESIDD Support

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is America's Combat Support Agency, providing support to Department of Defense (DoD) units and various government customers globally.

The DLA's Office of the General Counsel, Office of the Inspector General, and Freedom of Information Act office respond to numerous legal actions annually. The DLA Information Operations Portfolio Program Executive Office has procured software and support services to enhance its Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) capabilities.

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for a Combined Support Services contract to serve as the system integrator for multiple commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions within the eDiscovery program, providing subject matter expertise in eDiscovery processes to support ESIDD customers.

Work Details
The contractor will act as an integral team member supporting the DLA ESIDD Mission, sharing information with DLA contractors and cooperating with other government entities. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and completing tasks efficiently
- Submitting accurate deliverables
- Providing ESIDD Product Support Services within the eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Exterro/Veritone/Mystic)
- Document discovery
- Data conversion/migration
- Litigation support database loading
- File processing
- Documentation production for litigation support
- IT forensics support
- Analyzing electronic evidence in legal environments.

The contractor must ensure compliance with federal laws and DLA standards while performing computer forensic tasks. The contractor will also manage optional task requirements based on periodic surges in litigation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations as required by the DLA.
