The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has issued a formal request for the Customer Service Center (CSC) Support for The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Enterprise Service Center (ESC).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, and otheritems necessary or services necessary to support AMK-260 Customer ServiceCenter (CSC) Branch as noted in the solication and attachments.

The current contract number is DTFAAC-17-D-00011, awarded to CNI Global Solutions, LLC.

QUESTIONS CUT-OFF: All questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz via email at abigael.k.schultz@faa.gov by 3:00 p.m. CST on Wedensday March 9, 2022. Please use "Questions for 6973GH-22-R-00005" as the subject line

Technical and cost proposals are due no later than 5:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), Wedensday March 23, 2022 via email to the Contracting Officer, Abby Schultz. Please use "SIR Response for 6973GH-22-R-00005" as the subect line.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 5:00 p.m. CST, March 23, 2022, will not be considered.

In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.

PLEASE NOTE: All specific dates used are for reference only, the period of performance will be updated appropraitely at time of award with actual dates.

This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
