ERP Prototype LSJ

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to procure brand name SAP licenses and services from an authorized SAP reseller in support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. The goal of the contract is to develop the Prototype Environment, facilitate Business Process Reengineering, and develop requirements for the S/4 HANA transformation from a highly customized Suite 7 environment.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to create prototypes of SAP S/4 HANA solutions, conduct Business Process Reengineering, and perform requirements gathering needed to meet DLA’s requirements and satisfy Laws Regulations and Policies (LRPs). The contract includes tasks such as Program Management and Administration Services, S4 Prototype development, Prototype Subscription Licenses procurement, Analysis - New Scope, Non-Energy Planning Assessment, Business Process Reengineering and Requirements Gathering and Approval, among others.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is from April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. There are also two option periods: April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 and April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including Fort Belvoir, VA and Philadelphia, PA.
