The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing solicitation W912HZ24R0025 for the ERDC Mechanical Maintenance Services.

The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option.

A site visit is scheduled for 09 July 2024 with a proposal due date on 18 July 2024. See attached solicitation for more details.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00.

All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the proposal due date. You may register electronically at the SAM website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Background

Work Details
The purpose of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to maintain the mechanical equipment at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS. The Contractor shall provide all management, quality control, labor, supervision, parts, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation to perform this statement of work unless otherwise specified.
Mechanical equipment to be maintained includes but not limited to: heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems; humidity control systems; fume hoods; environmental chambers; special laboratory equipment; air compressors; pneumatic controls and other mechanical systems.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option.

The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed is at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS.
