ERDC Job Order Contract (JOC)

Background
The ERDC Job Order Contract (JOC) requires the contractor to provide all management, labor, material, equipment (unless furnished by the Government), transportation, and supervision to accomplish simultaneous projects for a broad range of maintenance and repair work. The facilities include research and development, academic, secure areas, administrative, institutional, pavements, industrial, etc., as well as their corresponding support facilities; infrastructure such as pavements, roads, parking, drainage systems, utility systems, and force protection.

Work Details
The scope of work includes a wide variety of services such as repair, maintenance, sustainment, restoration and/or modernization services related to mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation repair incidental to repair/maintenance, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, anti-terrorism and force protection system upgrades and repairs. It also involves repair of roadways, parking areas and pedestrian walkways; lighting installation and repair; interior or exterior painting of buildings and structures; storm water system improvement and repair; other site work including site grading and drainage; landscape plantings; exterior irrigation systems; retaining walls incidental to the repair/maintenance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 01-FEB-2023 to 31-JAN-2024 for the base year with two 12-month option periods extending the contract through 31-JAN-2026.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) in Vicksburg, MS.
