Equity Expansion Support for Registered Apprenticeship (EESRA)

The Department of Labor (DOL) is conducting market research for a potential procurement opportunity to provide 'EQUITY EXPANSION SUPPORT FOR REGISTERED APPRENTICESHIP (EESRA)' on behalf of the Employment and Training Administration (ETA). The contract aims to support the Office of Apprenticeship's Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) efforts in expanding Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs for under-represented populations and underserved communities. The vendor will be responsible for tasks such as increasing awareness and compliance with RA EEO regulations, enhancing stakeholder understanding of specific regulations and requirements for RA programs, creating public-facing DEIA data dashboards, and supporting ETA's review of mid-year progress on collaboration to increase female participation in Apprenticeship. The period of performance for this contract is one base period of 12 months with one option period at the discretion of the DOL, starting from April 28, 2024, to April 27, 2025. The work will be performed remotely and at government facilities as applicable.
