This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior NAVFAC EXWC equipment support services work under solicitation N3943021D2207, awarded to PC Mechanical for $22,194,114 (08/17/21–08/17/26). That contract includes inspection, preventive maintenance, refurbishment, repair/overhaul, upgrades/modernization, and logistics management information services for Naval expeditionary equipment assets (CESE/CEEI/MHE/WHE and related support vehicles) at CONUS locations such as Naval Base Ventura County and Naval Base San Diego, which aligns closely with the current requirement to sustain a ready fleet of similar equipment and perform corrosion prevention and control. Additional tasking under the same contract vehicle (e.g., inspection and repair of specific CESE items) further suggests the effort is a continuation of the same equipment support scope.
