Equipment Lease   4

Background
The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center (GVSMVAMC) is seeking to lease new, state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment for its Operating Room (OR), ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the medical center has access to high-quality, reliable endoscopic equipment to support its healthcare mission.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following equipment and services:
1. **Endoscopy Equipment**:
- Laparoscopic (General Surgery) / Endoscopic (ENT/Urology) mobile workstations.
- Portable light sources.
- ENT Endoscopy System with HD or 4K camera system, compatible rigid and flexible scopes, LED light source, image/video capture with chart relay, and medical-grade components.
- Urology Endoscopy System with high-resolution imaging platform, compatible flexible and rigid cystoscopes, support for cystoscopy and ureteroscopy procedures, LED or laser illumination, and image/video capture with chart relay.
2. **Video Routing & Integration**:
- 4K multi-input/output routing with all required cables included, support for ICG and 4K displays, and compatibility with VA routing systems integrated into Vista/CPRS workflows.
3. **Safety & Compliance**:
- All equipment must be FDA-cleared and compliant with NFPA 99 and IEC 60601-1 standards. No refurbished components are allowed.
4. **Service & Replacement Standards**:
- Equipment must maintain ≥98% uptime with manufacturer-certified service personnel available. Loaner units are required if repairs exceed 48 hours. All maintenance, repairs, parts, and labor must be included in the service plan.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with options for two additional years extending through June 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center.
