EPM R3 Data Strategy, Governance, & Change Management

The Library's Financial Services Directorate (FSD) is coordinating a Library wide effort to improve planning through increased collaboration and integration of cross organizational business processes, tools, and data. A new effort called 'Enterprise Planning & Management (EPM)' was established to identify stakeholders, their EPM related segment, segment requirements, and where integration needs to occur. The purpose of establishing an EPM strategy and solution is to consolidate and integrate disparate budget, financial, strategic planning workflows, performance management and reporting processes, and supporting downstream automation tools across multiple organizations at the Library.
