EPA - Tech Assist & Sanitary Survey - MRAS

The EPA is purchasing on-site technical assistance and sanitary surveys for public water systems in Wyoming. The primary purpose of this contract is to assist public water systems in providing safe water to the public and to assist EPA in carrying out its required sanitary survey and water system assessment tasks. The tasks will be performed on-site at the water systems, with additional report-writing duties performed off-site. The contractor must have an EPA-approved quality system and project-specific Quality Assurance Project Plan to comply with EPA's policy for quality assurance.

The work to be acquired includes conducting sanitary surveys, providing technical assistance during emergencies, collecting water samples for analysis, evaluating water systems for regulatory status, and conducting assessments for the Revised Total Coliform Rule. The contractor will receive written assignments from an EPA Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Alternate COR for each task. The timeframe of the acquisition is not specified, but the contractor must be deployable within 7 days of request for emergency assistance.

The place of performance/delivery is on-site at public water systems in Wyoming. The contractor will visit various facilities such as wells, storage tanks, treatment plants, and distribution systems to conduct surveys and assessments.
