EPA - Maintenance and Enhancements to the Entellitrak - MRAS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of performing maintenance and enhancements on the Entellitrak platform. This initiative is geared towards supporting EPA's Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics, and Training (OCEFT) within the Criminal Investigation Division (CID). The primary goal of this contract is to ensure that the Online Criminal Enforcement Activities Network (OCEAN), a web-based application, remains functional, secure, and up-to-date with technological advancements.

The scope of work entails comprehensive maintenance of the Entellitrak system, which involves routine updates, bug fixes, and security enhancements. Contractors are expected to possess expertise in web-based application management and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Entellitrak platform. Additionally, there is a need for developing new features or improving existing functionalities to support evolving enforcement activities conducted by EPA's OCEFT CID.
