EOIR Safety Stations

Background
The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is seeking to establish a Safety Station Program to enhance safety measures across approximately 60 locations. The contract aims to provide necessary equipment and maintenance services for these safety stations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and protocols. This initiative reflects EOIR's commitment to maintaining a safe environment for its operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide approximately 96 safety stations, with pricing requested on a per-station basis. The equipment must include:
- An FDA-approved AED device along with standard accessories.
- A manufacturer standard hemorrhagic/bleeding control kit.
- A portable medical kit storage box for the AED and hemorrhagic/bleeding control kit.

The contractor will also be responsible for routine maintenance, restocking supplies, and creating records for inspections and usage of the safety stations. All items must be new and not refurbished or previously leased.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027; Option Period 1: 08/01/2027 - 07/31/2028; Option Period 2: 08/01/2028 - 07/31/2029; Option Period 3: 08/01/2029 - 07/31/2030; Option Period 4: 08/01/2030 - 07/31/2031.

EOIR locations across the United States as listed in the attached document.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for Small Business participation. Bidders must ensure that all equipment complies with the DOJ Safety Station Program Guide and possess necessary manufacturer or reseller authorizations.
