Background
The objective of this solicitation is to provide services necessary to execute projects under the Environmental Quality (EQ) Program. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Area of Responsibility (AOR) is seeking environmental support services including conservation, compliance, pollution prevention, and environmental operations and maintenance activities at sites primarily located in Hawaii, Japan, Korea, Guam, Wake Island, and the Northern Marianas Islands. Work performed outside the U.S. and its territories will comply with the status of forces agreement between the host nation and the government of the United States of America.

Work Details
The work includes executing projects under the Environmental Quality (EQ) Program, focusing on environmental conservation, compliance, pollution prevention, and environmental operations and maintenance activities at various sites within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Area of Responsibility (AOR). The requirements will be carried out as specified in individual task orders.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed are primarily throughout Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, Korea, Guam, Wake Island, and the Northern Marianas Islands.
