Environmental Services Follow-on   3

**The purpose of this Amendment 4 is to incorporate Set 4 Questions and Answers.**

This is the Final RFP to the Environmental Services Follow-on contract, which will provide services to the government for assigned environmental regulatory requirements and environmental stewardship. The Environmental Services contract will provide assistance in meeting the objectives of the GSFC Environmental Management Program which include: waste prevention and management, water management, air management, environmental program management, environmental planning and impact assessment, environmental liability management, and natural resources management, special studies, investigation and work efforts. The Environmental Services contract will also establish and maintain common Center processes and procedures to ensure that it is operating in compliance with environmental regulations. The work to be performed will be at GSFC's Greenbelt campus, Wallops Flight Facility, and any NASA facility or location where NASA has management responsibility, oversight responsibility, or potential environmental responsibility.

This competitive procurement will result in a Hybrid Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Core requirement and an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement with the ability to issue CPFF task orders. The contract will have a total potential period of performance/effective ordering period of 5 years (1 year Base Period, 1 year Option Period 1, 1 year Option Period 2, 1 year Option Period 3 and a 1 year Option Period 4).

Due to COVID-19, the Greenbelt and Wallops locations are only open to essential employees; therefore, we are not offering a site visit at this time.
