Environmental Response BPA for the Allegheny National Forest   15

Background
The Forest Service is issuing this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to address its recurring needs for various petroleum and hazardous materials related services.

The goal of this contract is to ensure effective environmental response and management within the Allegheny National Forest, aligning with the agency's mission to protect and manage national forests and grasslands.

Work Details
The work under this BPA will encompass a range of activities including:
1) Incident Response;
2) Time Critical Clean-up & Removal;
3) Non-Emergency Clean-up & Removal;
4) Hazardous Materials Surveys, Assessment/Testing/Abatement;
5) Reports, Guidance & General Environmental Consulting Services;
6) Tank Related Services;
7) CERCLA Site Work; and
8) Utility mapping and removal.

Offerors must demonstrate technical capability by addressing available equipment, activities covered, and response times. Additionally, they must provide past performance information on similar projects, qualifications of key personnel, and knowledge of local area conditions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA will be determined upon award but is expected to span multiple months or years based on the needs of the Forest Service.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the Allegheny National Forest and surrounding areas in Forest Service Region 9.
