Environmental Program and Training Support

Background
The U.S. Army, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff – G-9 and supported subcommands including Army Materiel Command (AMC), Installation Management Command (IMCOM), Army National Guard (ARNG), Air National Guard (ANG), US Army Reserve Command (USARC), and US Army Environmental Command (USAEC) require support services to achieve the mission of the Installation, Environmental, and Energy (IEE) programs. The services are intended primarily to support G9 environmental program administration.

Work Details
The purpose of this contract is to provide services supporting the Installation, Environmental, and Energy (IEE) programs. The support services include program support, training support, and environmental systems support necessary to achieve the mission. The environmental program support includes services required for program administration, organization, communication, tracking, execution, reporting, and help desk support.

The training support services include executing training curriculum via classroom, virtual, Microsoft Teams, and/or other computer-based training media; blackboard support; providing onsite technical expertise; managing course documentation; implementing best training practices; developing training materials and media; conducting surveys and gathering classroom feedback; system configuration and audio-visual support; Tier I and Tier II help desk support. The location of work may include both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Period of Performance
The time frame and specific procedure for each item of work will be described in the individual task order. The individual task orders will be firm fixed price task orders that will clearly define the tasks and milestone deliverables that are required by the agency programs.

Place of Performance
Required Environmental Program and Training services may include both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
