The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Oklahoma is seeking National Rangeland Inventory (NRI) Grazing Land On-Site Data Collection Services. The NRCS is responsible for assessing the status, condition, and trends of soil, water, and related resources on non-federal lands. The contract requires the contractor to provide specified services in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and directives.

The contractor will be responsible for providing NRI Grazing Land On-Site Data Collection Services to the USDA NRCS. This includes attending training sessions for data collection calibration, acquiring specified rangeland and pastureland inventory data on up to two data points in each assigned 160-acre segment. The contractor will be required to collect data at approximately 109 points located in Nebraska for the year 2023. The contractor must complete grazing land on-site data collection and quality control by specified dates and return all segments to the ISU server no later than midnight on September 30th of each data collection year.

The period of performance for this contract is one base year with four one-year option periods. The exact dates will be provided upon award. The contract will be performed in Nebraska.
