MODIFICATION 1

This is modification 1 to the solicitation entitled "Environmental Compliance and Operations 3 (ECO3) 80JSC022R0011, which was posted on July 12, 2022. The due date for proposals is not extended. You are notified of the following:

• The Preproposal Conference Charts have been posted as "80JSC022R0011 ECO3 Pre-Proposal Conference Charts"
• All Questions shall be submitted via email to the contracting officer at jsc-wstf-eco3@mail.nasa.gov by July 21, 2022, at 12:00 pm MDT.
• The Preproposal Conference will be a Cost/Price focused discussion. Only verbal questions related to Cost/Price will be accepted during the conference. If a difference exists between verbal answers and responses posted to the GPE, the responses posted to the GPE shall govern.
• Official responses to questions to written questions received by the Contracting Officer will be posted to the ECO3 Government Point of Entry.

This is a solicitation entitled Environmental Compliance and Operations 3 (ECO3), 80JSC022R0011. You are notified of the following:

1. The Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents have been posted. This RFP and associated documents supersede the Draft RFP in its entirety.
2. Proposals are due no later than August 11, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. MDT.
3. Questions regarding this solicitation are due to the Contracting Officer no later than July 21, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. MDT.
4. A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference for this solicitation is anticipated to be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 PM MDT. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is recommended; however, attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission. Registration is required for each company. Interested parties shall register for the event to the Contracting Officer via email at jsc-wstf-eco3@mail.nasa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. MDT on July 19, 2022. The email must include the following:
   1. Subject Line: ECO3 RFP 80JSC022R0011 - Pre-Proposal Conference RSVP
   2. Full Company Name
   3. Name and email address of attendees (no more than four (4)) individuals may represent any party or team of parties
   4. Company Address
   5. Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code

   7. Company Size/Type (e.g. Large Business, SB, WOSB, etc.)

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to acknowledge your reservation and provide further instructions.
