Envella Bed Rental

IAW FAR Part FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B), The Ralph H. Johnson VAMC, Charleston, SC 29401 intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Hill-Rom Co Inc to provide Envella Bed Rentals. The subsequent purchase order will be firm fixed price and F.O.B. Destination. Notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available; however, any firm that believes it can meet or exceed the requirements above may give written notification to the Contracting Office by 1:00pm (EST) on Monday, September 27, 2021. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses and information can be submitted electronically to the Contracting Offer via email at Benford.Brundage@va.gov. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the VA not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the VA's discretion. If no responses are received, or are anticipated to meet the specific requirements stated above, The Ralph H. Johnson VAMC will then proceed with the sole source negotiation with Hill-Rom Co Inc
