The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the necessary contractor support to perform Entity Validation Services for the express purpose of protecting the integrity of the taxpayer's dollars throughout the federal award process and to enable the GSA Office of Integrated Award Environment to fulfill its mission. The Contractor shall furnish or provide all personnel, personnel management and supervision, all related internal supporting business functions (including background and "overhead" personnel), materials, supplies, equipment, and facilities to perform the full range of technical and administrative services required by this contract.

The government intends to issue a single, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) /Time and Material (T&M) contract. The anticipated award date is December 2018. The duration of the contract is anticipated to be a one (1) year base and four (4) one year option periods. The level of competition is full and open (unrestricted).
