Enterprise Voice Services Program

The purpose for this notice is to provide clarification.
In RFP Amendment 02, posted August 13, 2018, updates were made to the RFP. One of the updates was regarding Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan. Amendment 02 updated RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(v)(5) and added: Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan. Additionally, in Amendment 02, an update was made to Attachment #1 (PWS) and added- Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan in the Deliverables Section 11.
While there is no designation in the PWS, aside from Section 11, regarding the Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan, this is due to the fact that the plan is a requirement per DFARS clause 252.237-7023, on RFP (page 53), which was posted on August 02, 2018. Please see referenced DFARS clause for further information regarding the Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
AMENDMENT 04:
The purpose for Amendment 04 is to:
1. RFP Addendum to 52.212-1, section (m)(5) is hereby updated. The sentence "The following items will not be considered when calculating page limits: table of contents, glossary, resumes, OCCI mitigation plans, past performance references, DD254, FAR/DFARS/DARS Provisions and/or Clause contractor responses, and Section 508 Compliance" is deleted.
2. RFP Addendum to 52.212-1, section (m)(12)(v), Volume V, is hereby updated to add "7. Section 508 Accessibility Standards compliance, per PWS section 15."
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
AMENDMENT 03:
The purpose for Amendment 03 is to:
1. RFP Addendum 52.212-1, Volume II, is hereby updated to include SCRM Plan. The page limit for this volume is increased to 35 pages total.
2. RFP Addendum 52.212-1, Volume III, is hereby updated to include the sentence, "Subcontractor past performance may be submitted by the Offeror."
3. Additional Industry Q&A, attachment 9, is included in Amendment 03.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
AMENDMENT 02:
The purpose for amendment 02 is to:
1. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(v)(5). Added: Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan.
2. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(v)(6). Added: Evidence of Final Top Secret Facility Clearance per PWS section 12.1.
3. Update RFP, ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, paragraph (m)(12)(iv). Added: Under no circumstances shall the information and documentation from the Price Volume be included elsewhere in the proposal other than Volume IV and Volume VII.
4. Update Attachment #1 (PWS). Added-Continuation of Essential Contractor Services Plan in the Deliverables, section 11 of PWS.
5. Add Attachment #8 (Industry Q&A spreadsheet).
All other terms and conditions remain the same.

AMENDMENT 01:
The purpose for amendment 01 is to provide clarification on proposal due date.
1. The proposal due date is September 4, 2018 at 09:00 AM (EST).
2. The questions due date is August 9, 2018 at 09:00 AM (EST), RFP addendum 52.212-1, paragraph (H) is updated accordingly.
3. DD254, attachment 2, has been updated accordingly.
All other terms and conditions remain the same and in full force and effect.
