Enterprise Training Services Contract (ETSC) Pre-Proposal Conference
The Government will be hosting a Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday January 11th 2017. The Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at Technical Point II (AFAMS), 3051 Technology Parkway, Orlando FL 32826 in Bishop Conference Room 126. The Pre-Proposal Conference will begin at 900EST and conclude at 1200EST. Please arrive at 830EST for check in. Each firm is allowed only two (2) individuals and will need to email the below Specified Point of Contacts (SPOC) of attendance by COB Tuesday January 09th 2017.

The purpose of this Pre-Proposal Conference is to facilitate industry's understanding of the ETSC Request for Proposal (RFP) and to discuss structure and source selection methodology outlined in Sections L& M. The discussion at the Pre-Proposal Conference will not change the terms and conditions of the solicitation unless the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) issues an amendment to the RFP.
