Enterprise Service Delivery III (ESD III) Increased Support

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to establish a temporary Asset Management travel team to conduct on-site physical inventories that were not performed during and after the pandemic due to shutdowns and travel restrictions.

The agency's mission is to ensure effective logistics support for military operations, and this contract aims to address the backlog of physical inventories across all DLA sites, including those without Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) staffing.

Work Details
The contractor, CompTech, along with its subcontractor partners, will provide operational support to DLA by conducting physical inventories at all DLA locations.

This includes ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing disruptions to DLA operations. The work will involve utilizing CompTech's demonstrated resources and expertise in inventory management to fulfill the additional requirements necessitated by the pandemic-related delays.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed before a new competitive acquisition for ESD services is awarded, with an anticipated follow-on competition planned before January 2, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at various DLA sites, including non-ESD staffed locations.
