The Contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screening, reports and files necessary to accomplish security services as described in this solicitation. The Contractor shall provide security enforcement, asset protection, and related services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including federal holidays.
