Background
The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for Enterprise Program Support Services. This RFI is for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The purpose of the RFI is to obtain industry feedback regarding the draft performance requirements. FirstNet anticipates issuing a fair opportunity solicitation in 2024 to satisfy the requirement for professional services in support of FirstNet’s various Mission Units. The estimated contract value is in the range of $55-$60M.

Work Details
The RFI requests respondents to provide general information about their organization, identify any existing government-wide contract vehicles they hold, provide a capabilities statement inclusive of brief descriptions of recent contracts of similar scope and magnitude, recommend contract vehicle type, subcontracting plans, targeted evaluation factors, labor categories and rates, and respond to technical questions related to stakeholder engagement, public safety communications projects, studies related to public safety, developing content and materials for stakeholder engagements, planning and executing meetings, CRM tools, surveys, communications products development, social media management, graphics and multimedia products production, website development and production, program management tools and strategies.
