Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking to enhance its Enterprise Platform, specifically the Supplier Portal, to support the Agency Management Review (AMR) Program.

The AMR program is a formal evaluation of DLA's compliance with laws and regulations, requiring automated capabilities to improve data collection and reporting processes. The urgency of this project is underscored by the upcoming reviews scheduled for June 2024 and subsequent reviews in 2025, which necessitate immediate action to address existing data integrity and management challenges.

Work Details
The scope of work includes developing expanded automated audit management capabilities using the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module on the DLA Enterprise Platform, ServiceNow.

Key tasks include:
- Implementing automated capabilities to support the AMR program, which currently relies on manual processes involving disparate Microsoft Office tools.
- Ensuring seamless integration with existing Enterprise Platform functionalities and other DLA applications.
- Addressing critical risks associated with data integrity, security, and records management.
- Leveraging AFS's unique knowledge of DLA's platform configurations and interface connections to ensure timely delivery without compatibility issues.
- Developing generative AI features for DLA's portals to enhance user experience and operational efficiencies.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a six-month period leading up to the June 2024 review, with additional ongoing support anticipated through subsequent AMR reviews in 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at DLA facilities where the Enterprise Platform is hosted.
