Description

This Synopsis for Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) Army Support Services Five Year Contract is a notice to all interested vendors that the solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov within 15 calendar days. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement that is subject to change. The Point of Contracts for this requirement are located in the Contact Information section of this Synopsis.

Background
The Enterprise Multimedia Center (EMC) Army Support Services Five Year Contract is a notice to all interested vendors that the solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov within 15 calendar days. The contract involves providing multimedia products and services according to the unique needs of the customer. The Point of Contacts for this requirement are located in the Contact Information section of this Synopsis.

Work Details
The contract requires a range of services including visual information services, event photography, shipping and receiving support, inventory management, and contractor management reporting. The Contractor shall furnish all services required to perform work under this contract, including adequate supervision, maintenance and service agreements, and subscriptions for Visual Information production requirements.
The Contractor shall also provide trained employees to accomplish projects/tasks within the general scope of the contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide a PM/OSR to manage all aspects of contract execution, VIOS Data Entry Clerk and Customer Support III, and other positions as specified in the document.

Period of Performance
The contract is for a period of five years.
